Two things real change actually needs
Whatever brought you in — OCD, anxiety, grief, or trauma — lasting change tends to need the same two things: solid ground, and the willingness to move.
Roots — understanding what's underneath
We start by mapping your history and the patterns underneath what you're carrying — what's driving the anxiety, the grief, the compulsions, or the aftermath of what happened to you. No two people's story looks the same.
Streams — practicing the change
Understanding it isn't the same as living differently. This is where you practice a new response — facing what you've avoided, sitting with what you've lost, or trusting yourself again — at a pace that's yours.
Support for wherever you're standing right now
OCD, ERP & I-CBT
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), tailored to your specific obsessions and compulsions.
Anxiety disorders
Generalized anxiety, panic, social anxiety, and health anxiety — evidence-based treatment for the racing thoughts and physical toll they bring.
Grief & loss
Support for the death of someone close, and for the quieter losses — a relationship, a role, a version of life you expected to have.
Trauma & PTSD
Processing traumatic experiences — including religious trauma — at a pace that respects your nervous system, using approaches like EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Teen OCD & anxiety support
Age-appropriate treatment for kids and teens, with parent coaching built in so home stays part of the solution.
Family & loved one support
Guidance for partners and parents on reducing accommodation — the reassurance and ritual participation that unintentionally keeps OCD fed.
